Chris Buckler is a proud estate agent. From humble beginnings in Solihull, where he jointly founded DM & Co. Homes before successfully exiting the business in 2017, to now founding The Estate Agency, a national self-employed estate agent model whose vision is to be the professional agents’ first choice self-employed estate agency model, by creating fun, growth and financial opportunity.

Chris has been operating self employed estate agencies for over 8 years and during that time he has brokered upper quartile market property deals in Dubai, NY, Sydney and Kuala Lumpur. Chris is also the presenter for Zoopla Advantage and regularly appears and comments in a wide range or industry publications. He has also represented a number of high profile Sports and Entertainment figures, family offices and HNW indivduals with their acquisiton and portfolio expansions.

Chris is a big believer in tech, AI and collaboration amongst agents within The Estate Agency to ensure maximum exposure to our clients.

I’ll help you with booking viewings, negotiating offers to maximise your price and, as you’d expect from a personal estate agent, we’ll help with seeing the sale all the way through, to the day you hand over the keys.

We sell all types of property, and because I’m powered by The Estate Agency, I don’t have to worry about the technology or property portals, allowing me to concentrate on what I do best, which is to sell houses.
