Darren is a vastly experienced property professional with thirty five years of experience in estate agency,
development, land and auction services. In this time, he has worked throughout Kent and Central
London and currently he works with a small team based around Dartford but also acting for established
clients further afield.

His aim is to deliver a truly bespoke and unpressured sale or purchase experience. He knows the
property market inside out, has worked in great markets (and frankly dreadful ones) so whatever
your situation it can be worked through by him to achieve the result you desire.
Working differently to the usual corporate high street agents who handle multiple listings at any
given time, he rarely work with more than 15 vendor clients at once, which means he can deliver an
unrivalled level of service to his clients which gives him more time to focus on getting properties sold.
