Personally, I have deep roots in the area, having grown up in Riverview Park and currently residing in Istead Rise with my girlfriend and daughter. There's an abundance of local amenities and activities for all ages, not to mention the delightful presence of dog walkers.Having started my estate agency career in Canary Wharf, London, I gained valuable experience in large corporate high street agencies. However, I recognized the need for a more client-centric approach and founded Joshua Smith Estate Agents to serve clients and the local community better.
