About Tim King
I'm an established Independent estate agent and property finder with over 20 years experience across residential sales, lettings, new homes and investment. I work within a small team and am based in North Chingford and cover Chingford and the surrounding areas, and I'm passionate about our corner of East London.
I work differently to the usual corporate high street agents handling multiple listings at any given time. I rarely work with more than 15 vendor clients at once, which means I can deliver an unrivalled level of service to my clients and 7 day a week availability, which gives me more time to focus on getting you sold. I act with integrity and honesty and my aim will be to get you the best buyer at the best price, and as an Independent agent, it's my business, so I am heavily incentivised to get you results.
